J/S Vitality, LLC (d/b/a J/S Vitality) ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes what personal information we collect through jsvitality.laravel.cloud (the "Site"), how we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash). If you enable two-factor authentication or passkeys, we store the data needed to verify them.
• Order information: shipping and billing names and addresses, phone number (optional), the items you order, order notes, and your confirmation that you meet our age requirement and accept the research-use terms.
• Messages: the name, email address and message you send through our contact form.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and pages requested, recorded in server logs for security and to prevent abuse.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers on the Site. [Describe how payments are currently collected, e.g. invoice, Zelle, ACH.]

How we use your information

• To create and secure your account.
• To process, ship and support your orders, and to send order confirmations and status updates.
• To respond to your questions.
• To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access, and to comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

• Service providers who help us run the business, such as our web host, our email delivery provider (SendGrid) and shipping carriers, only as needed to provide their services.
• Authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
• A successor if our business is sold or merged.

Retention

We keep account information while your account is open. We keep order records for as long as needed for tax, accounting and legal purposes [e.g. 7 years]. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; order records we are legally required to keep are retained.

Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and optional two-factor authentication and passkeys. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Your choices and rights

You can view and update your name and email in your account settings, and delete your account there. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your personal information; contact us to make a request. Age requirement

The Site is intended only for adults aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
