These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jsvitality.laravel.cloud (the "Site") and any purchase from J/S Vitality, LLC (d/b/a J/S Vitality) ("we", "us"). By creating an account, placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

1. Research use only

All products are sold strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified persons. Products are not for human or animal consumption, are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. You agree not to use, sell or represent any product for human or animal use, and you accept full responsibility for handling, storage and use in compliance with all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use the Site or place an order. We may refuse service, cancel orders or close accounts at our discretion, including where we believe the product will be misused.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication or a passkey.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm payment and prepare it for shipment. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; the price at the time you place an order applies. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J/S Vitality, LLC (d/b/a J/S Vitality), its owners and staff from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your use or misuse of products, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including attempting to access other users' accounts or data, interfering with its operation, or submitting false information.

12. Governing law
