Review Policy

In plain words: only real customers can leave reviews. We read every review before it goes up, publish good and bad ones alike, and take out private details such as health information, phone numbers and card numbers. You can ask us to change or remove your review at any time.

This Review Policy explains how J/S Vitality, LLC (d/b/a J/S Vitality) collects, checks and publishes customer reviews on jsvitality.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. The law we follow

We follow the Federal Trade Commission's Rule on the Use of Consumer Reviews and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 465), the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255), and the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (Florida Statutes §501.201 to §501.213).

2. Who can leave a review

Only customers with an account can write a review, from My account -> Write a review. Reviews must describe your own honest experience with our products or coaching.

3. What we never do

• Write fake reviews, or pay for, buy or trade reviews.
• Offer discounts, gifts or anything else in return for a review, or for a positive one.
• Hide or refuse reviews because they are negative or have a low star rating.
• Post reviews from our owners, family or staff as if they were customers.

4. How we check reviews

Every review is read before it is published. We decline reviews that are unlawful, abusive, hateful, off-topic, include someone else's personal information, or appear not to be genuine. We tell you if we decline your review.

5. Your privacy

• Card numbers and Social Security numbers are removed automatically the moment a review is sent. We never store them.
• Before publishing, we remove health conditions, medications, phone numbers, email addresses and other private details. Our system flags these so we do not miss them.
• We may fix spelling or shorten a review, but we never change its meaning or star rating.
• Reviews show only the display name and city you choose.

6. Health statements

Reviews describe personal experiences. They are not medical advice, and results vary from person to person. Our products are for research use only and are not for human consumption; reviews must not describe using them on people or animals, and we remove any that do.

7. Changing or removing your review

You can ask us to change or remove your review at any time by messaging us from your account or emailing jennifer@jsvitality.com. We will do so promptly.

8. Permission to show your review

When you send a review, you agree that we may show it, with the display name and city you chose, on the Site and in our marketing, as described in our Terms of Service.
